10 Tips to Ace the micro1 AI Interview

Preview

1. Test your setup first. Camera, mic and a stable connection. Use a laptop, not a phone.
2. Pick a quiet, well-lit room. Face a window or lamp, plain background.
3. Read the job description twice. Note the 3–5 skills they keep repeating.
4. Prepare 3 project stories. Problem, what you did, measurable result.
5. Answer in a structure. Context → action → result, in under 2 minutes.
6. Be specific. Name the tools, numbers and trade-offs you actually dealt with.
7. Think out loud. On technical questions, explain your reasoning, not just the answer.
8. Pause before answering. A 2-second pause beats a rambling start.
9. Keep it honest. If you don't know, say how you'd find out.
10. Apply through a referral link. Then follow up on your application status.
